"I bought a Speedmetal cover for my 2019 Harley-Davidson Softail Deluxe. The fitment guide on the box indicated that an Extra-Large cover was the correct size. I doubted it, but the salesman confirmed that the fitment size was correct. It wasn’t. When I returned to the store to exchange the extra-large cover for a “large” size, I forgot to include the polyester bag in which the extra-large cover was originally contained. The store refused to accept the exchange without the polyester bag. I had to pay for the large size cover in a new, separate transaction. Subsequently, I found the polyester bag, and the exchange was accepted, but it required two trips to the store to effect the exchange. A little annoying.
